Mr Bean gives silent meow's. He is constantly purring and is affectionate and loving. He was born in June of 2018 to a feral mummy and was orphaned along with his 3 siblings, hence the ear tip, which we think adds character although a little drastic. He doesn't care, he just wants a good home.
