Waverly is beautiful, but Waverly is also a project kitty.  She was born and lived on the streets as a young kitten.  As a result, she is unsure of people.  She needs a home that has experience working with insecure/shy cats.  Rescue Angels Only! She will, at times, purr for you and make biscuits.  Other times she will hiss and swat.  She is great with other cats and fine around dogs.  No young children in the home.  A quiet home with a person willing to invest time with her to see how much she can blossom.
