Charlie is a sweet 15 year old boy who found himself homeless after his mom passed away. His only need is antibiotics every few weeks as he can't have a dental because he is too old.  Wont you open your home to a senior boy who just wants to have a retirement home and a person to love?  There is more life in this old guy yet and fun to be had.
