Finn is an absolutely lovely cat who has had some really bad luck lately.  First his family moved and couldn't take him with them.  His 5 year old owner asked a neighbor if she wouldn't take him in.  Having a big heart, she did.  But then due to a change in circumstances, she too could no longer keep him.  This sweet, affectionate boy was once again looking for a home.  That is when Animal Rescue Carolina took him in.

Finn also suffers from a gum condition called stomatitis.  This condition causes inflammation in the gums.  The best treatment for this condition requires removing teeth.  Because of this, he's had all his teeth removed.  This has helped reduce the inflammation, but not eliminated it completely.  He is currently on a daily dose of prednisone.

Despite his poor mouth, Finn is one of the most affectionate, gentle and loving cats.  He needs lap time and a person to shower with attention.  He gets along great with the male and female cats in his foster home.  But he would be fine as an only cat, if his new owner will spend time with him.
