Penney aka splodgy face! and sister Macy are the remaining two of a litter of  four tiny babies rescued from outside Macys department store. Penney is a lively, fun loving and very playful young girl . She makes super cute silent meows when she is excited and is just a joy to be around. Penney has had the benefit of a loving foster home since she was a couple of weeks old and is a  very well socialised kitten with  a balanced personality.
