Polar Bear is the most wonderful personality. He is an absolute hoot. He is not quiet at least not when he wants attention! He is hilarious and is going to be the light of someones life. He is fully vetted, has three siblings also available and is ready to steal your heart. He is almost all white except for a little grey splodge on the top of his head.
